Refund Policy
We want trying Orvex to be risk-free — that's why every account starts with free reviews before any payment is taken. This policy explains how refunds work once you subscribe.
1. 14-day guarantee on your first subscription
If you are not satisfied with your first subscription purchase of any paid plan, email [email protected] within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund it in full. This applies once per workspace, to the first billing period only.
2. Renewals and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not charged again.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you cancelled before a renewal and were still charged, or you contact us within 72 hours of an unwanted renewal with no reviews used in the new period, we will refund it.
- We do not give partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time or unused included reviews.
3. Metered overage
Per-review overage charges cover reviews that were already delivered, so they are non-refundable — except where the reviews were the result of a malfunction on our side (see below).
4. Billing errors and service failures
- Duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, and other billing errors are always refunded in full.
- If a service outage or defect on our side consumed your included reviews or generated overage (for example, a runaway re-review loop that was our fault), we will credit or refund the affected amount.
5. EU / UK consumers
By starting a subscription you request immediate access to a digital service, so the statutory 14-day withdrawal right is satisfied by the guarantee in section 1. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the workspace name. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
